God's Comfort for Today's Needs

Can you see yourself as My child?
Do you feel like a child in My presence?
Do you know what it is to have Me hold you
and care for you and love you?
I want you as a child,
forbidding those who would
keep you away from Me.
I long to have you with Me
so you would never fear again.
Come, as that child.
Come, and let Me enfold you
in the love only I can give.

Then they brought little children to Him, that He might touch them;
but the disciples rebuked those who brought them. But when Jesus saw it, He
was greatly displeased and said to them, “Let the little children come to Me,
and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God.
