God's Will in Today's World

You are My beloved child.
In you have I placed My trust
to do My work in the world.
To you have I given the power
and the means you will need.
All that is needed is your obedience
and the singleness of mind
to know what I would have you do.
The angels rejoice when a new soul
is brought to Me.
And I rejoice to see your obedience.
Each command of Mine
has its corresponding promise
to go with it. I never change.
Neither does My word.
What I gave to other men in other
times is what I still give today.
I can still use the child
whose heart is given to Me.
Again I say to leave aside
all worldly cares and follow Me.

Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey,
you are that one’s slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading
to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?
