I Am Your Garment

Take off your garment of heaviness
and let Me be your covering.
Just as David removed
the heavy armor placed
upon him to fight Goliath,
your protection against
the enemy is Me alone.
I cover you with who I am:
your Savior, Righteousness,
Truth, Faithful, Word of God,
much more, and Peace.
You can rely on Me.
I have said it and it continues
true for today and always.
